About Joel

Joel Angel Guadarrama is the founder of Archon & Partners. He grew up in Los Angeles and now lives in Medellín, Colombia, where he works with architecture firms and interior design studios in English and Spanish.

He spent almost ten years in U.S. Navy intelligence, which is where he first worked around machine learning, long before anyone called it AI. After the Navy he moved into brand design, then brand strategy, working as a fractional chief brand officer for three companies across about a dozen businesses, from funded startups to established firms in finance and AI. He also helped launch the AI services at LeadLock.ai.

Since 2023 he has built AI automations and agents for those businesses and for his own: workflows in n8n and Make, custom RAG systems, sales and finance databases, and agents built with Claude Code.

Archon started when architecture firms in Medellín asked him for help. In every conversation the same thing came up: people who want to spend their time on design, losing it to repetitive admin. Archon exists to give that time back.
