For architecture firms & interior designers

Keep projects moving while you design.

Supplier quotes, client follow-ups and the monthly close shouldn't eat your week. We help architecture firms and interior design studios find where the hours go, then automate it with AI.

Most architecture firms are stuck doing admin instead of designing.

Admin is eating your design time.

Supplier quotes, invoices, client follow-ups, the monthly close. In most architecture and interior design studios it repeats every week, and most of it can be automated with AI. Put in your numbers to see what it costs you.

Answers in one person's head

Which supplier, what price, what the client approved. When that person is busy or gone, the studio stalls.

Follow-ups that slip

A client email goes unanswered, a change never reaches the drawings, and the team fixes it later at full cost.

Buying software starts with a feature list. An AI audit starts with how your architecture or design practice actually runs, and tells you what to automate and what to leave alone.

What's eating our week?
Client follow-ups and supplier quotes. About 9 hours a week between them.
Can you handle them?
Follow-ups go out on their own. Quotes wait for your OK before they're sent.

What maintenance covers

Not sure which stage you need? Tell us in the request form below and we'll say where to start.

"I started Archon because the architecture and interior design studios I know are run by brilliant designers who spend their evenings on invoices. I do the audit myself, and I only take two firms at a time."

Questions architecture firms ask first.

Still have a question?

Ask it in the audit request form. We reply in English or Spanish.

Ask us
01Is the consultation really free?

Yes. It is a 20 to 30 minute call to see whether AI can fix what is eating your week, and what I would do first. If an audit makes sense, I will explain it on the call. If it does not, I will say so.

02Who do you work with?

Architecture firms and interior design studios of roughly 2 to 25 people, in the US and Latin America. Usually the owner or a partner reaches out, because they are the one doing the admin at night.

03Is the audit just a sales call for the build?

No. The audit is the product. You keep the report whether or not you build anything, and the audit fee is not a down payment on future work.

04Do I have to buy a build after the audit?

No. Each stage is sold on its own. Some firms will take the report and act on it themselves.

05How do builds get priced?

Individually, based on what the report found. You'll see effort, sequence and cost in the report before you decide. Builds are paid half up front and delivered in phases.

06What happens to our files and client information?

We sign an NDA at the start. Before any of your material goes into an AI tool, you approve in writing, with the specific services named. We never write to your live systems without explicit access.

07Will this help us win more projects?

We build systems that return hours and stop processes depending on one person's memory, including follow-up pipelines. What you win depends on your work and your market, so we don't promise commissions or revenue.

08Can you automate drawings, renders or BIM?

No. Drawing production, rendering, Revit/BIM, measurements and anything requiring an architect's signature or judgment are outside what we do.

09Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Interviews and reports are available in English or Spanish.

10What does maintenance include?

Monitoring, fixes when your tools, APIs or AI models change, and small adjustments as your team changes. It is optional, starts after the free-fix window, and you can cancel any time.
